Arbor Village

Wall to Wall Builders completed the renovation of Arbor Village in San Diego, transforming this aging affordable housing community into a modern, vibrant, and sustainable living environment. As part of the project, Wall to Wall Builders provided framing services for the entire development, ensuring a strong and secure structural foundation. The project also included the construction of a custom community room, offering residents a space for social activities, learning, and community engagement. This renovation showcases Wall to Wall Builders’ dedication to quality, precision, and lasting impact on multi-family housing communities.

Residents of Arbor Village now benefit from upgraded interiors with eco-friendly finishes, including low-VOC paint, formaldehyde-free cabinets, and durable, sustainable flooring. The community areas have been thoughtfully redesigned to foster a sense of community, featuring a newly constructed ADA-accessible community center with a full kitchen, a computer lab, and a learning center. Additionally, outdoor spaces have been improved to include a new playground, a community garden, and inviting picnic and BBQ areas.
